· Accredited Judge of the GABI Alliance · International Trainer · President of the IEEBA Association · Nail Service Professional since 2009 Volha Staravoitavais a professional with more than fifteen years in the nail industry and a reputation as one of its most decorated masters and mentors. Today she is an accredited judge of the GABI Alliance — which means she evaluates competitors' work against international criteria and knows from the inside what separates a strong competition piece from one that is merely beautiful. How it began It all started with artistic talent. Volha entered the profession as a young artist, and her sense of composition, colour and form became her main professional instrument. Her passion for the craft led her to professional courses and advanced training programmes, and in time to adjacent areas of the beauty industry: hair reconstruction, eyelash extensions and waxing. This broad view of the industry later made her an expert who sees a piece of work as a whole. From competitor to coach of champions After completing her training, Volha deliberately stepped onto the international stage and shifted her focus from personal victories to preparing champions. She built a large team of students and developed a training system that passes on not only technique, but the whole strategy of competition preparation — from choosing the right nomination to presenting the finished work. Competition achievements A multiple champion in nail extension and nail design: over 160 gold, 40 silver and 25 bronze awards; multiple holder of the GRAND PRIX title (2016–2020); more than 15 team awards in the categories "Team Grand Prix", "Best Trainer" and "Best Trainer of the National Team"; over 30 awards received as an invited judge at championships of various organisations; 2019 — the title of "Best Trainer and Organiser of the Year" at the International Championship "GOLDEN ISTANBUL". Judge and mentor Experience on both sides of the judging table — as a competitor and as an accredited GABI judge — allows Olha to explain the evaluation criteria in language every master understands. She trains new generations of judges, instructors and competitors, reviews their work, prepares them for international starts and supports her students all the way to the result. As President of the IEEBA Association, she has created a space where masters of different specialisations can grow and make their name.
